Woollen Florals Workshop 10th October

 Our next workshop will be on Saturday 10th October 10am - 4pm at the United Reformed Church Hall, Brookhouse Road, Alsager, ST7 2PA

Rachel Davies will show us how to upcycle knits that have been washed too hot and have shrunk becoming felted into a dense fabric, and how to turn them into floral pieces. Everything is supplied.

Memories of Gwennie

 Really interesting talk today by Kathryn Battye who shared with us memories of her mother and several of the rest of her extended family. She brought many examples of the handicrafts her mother had enjoyed all of which were exquisite. She also showed us some of her own prize winning work.
