Gallery

Our members are always busy producing new work. Some of us belong to other groups too.
Sheila and Margaret have produced this lovely work.
The dark red embroidery is a book cover by Sheila experimenting with machine and hand stitch. It looks very effective.
The yellow quilted footprint is also by Sheila. The footprint is courtesy of Margo,

her baby Granddaughter.
The floral piece is by Margaret Horton and is quite different to her usual work but she has added a modern twist.

Workshop

Here are some of the completed works from Suzette Smart's final workshop. It's interesting to see the variety of embroidered works. Suzette obviously inspired everyone as all the work produced with her has been of a very high standard. She has been very generous in sharing her techniques and skills.

Wessex Work

We enjoyed a super afternoon with Sue Jones. She showed us examples of Wessex Work. It is counted stitch work. With a bit of concentration and stitch counting we managed to produce our own examples.
