Jennifer remakes household items from found and recycled papers giving new life to items that would otherwise be thrown away. The pages are used in conjunction with stitch giving a contemporary twist on traditional textiles and resulting in something truly unique, delicate and complex. Some examples of her work are shown below but they really need seeing in person to appreciate them fully.
This promises to be a fascinating talk so come along to the meeting at Alsager Library at 1.45 for a prompt 2 pm start. Visitors welcome, refreshments provided, and there is a free car park behind the library.
