Syringe Driver Bags

Monday 20th May 2019

We are making syringe driver bags for cancer patients on Monday. Please meet at

St Peters Church Hall
Elworth
Sandbach

10 am - 3 pm

Drop in whenever you are free on the day.

Tea and coffee will be provided.

If you intend to stay over lunchtime please bring a packed lunch.

Unfortunately, a very close friend used one of the bags we made at Eileen’s house last Summer. He was a patient at the Dougie Mac Hospice in Stoke.

When I explained our group had made the bags he was very moved that we cared enough to take the trouble to make them. Sadly, he died but human touches and small kindnesses mean such a lot at this very difficult time.

Today’s workshop

Lynn Rochester was an inspiring teacher today at the garden embroidery workshop. It’s interesting to compare the end results as they are so varied.

I’m sure you will agree there’s some really lovely work.
